1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
- After processing/shipping, cancellations are not possible.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are only issued for:
- Damaged or defective items.
- Wrong item delivered.
- Item not delivered within the promised timeline (usually 10-25 business days depending on supplier).
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
3. Returns & Replacements
- Customers must request a return/replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof (photo/video) of defect/damage required.
- Return shipping costs may apply unless the issue is our fault.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or handling errors.
- Clearance/sale products.
