Refund & Cancellation Policy – Agency Services

Effective Date: [25 Aug 2025]

1. Service Booking & Payment

  • Advance payments are required to confirm service bookings.
  • Customized services (finance, event branding, SMMA, SaaS, etc.) involve planning & resource allocation, hence non-refundable once work has started.

2. Cancellation

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of booking: 100% refund.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours but before project initiation: 50% refund.
  • Once a project is initiated, no refunds will be issued.

3. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule services with prior notice (minimum 3 business days) at no extra cost.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in cases of service non-delivery due to our error.
