1. Service Booking & Payment
- Advance payments are required to confirm service bookings.
- Customized services (finance, event branding, SMMA, SaaS, etc.) involve planning & resource allocation, hence non-refundable once work has started.
2. Cancellation
- Cancellations within 24 hours of booking: 100% refund.
- Cancellations after 24 hours but before project initiation: 50% refund.
- Once a project is initiated, no refunds will be issued.
3. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule services with prior notice (minimum 3 business days) at no extra cost.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in cases of service non-delivery due to our error.
