Refund & Cancellation Policy – Online Shop

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • After processing/shipping, cancellations are not possible.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for:
    • Damaged or defective items.
    • Wrong item delivered.
    • Item not delivered within the promised timeline (usually 10-25 business days depending on supplier).
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

3. Returns & Replacements

  • Customers must request a return/replacement within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof (photo/video) of defect/damage required.
  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the issue is our fault.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or handling errors.
  • Clearance/sale products.
